The successful and smooth introduction of an automation system and the associated adaption of the affected workflows requires careful planning in advance. We support you during this planning process.
The first step is the definition of the task to be automated and the performance requirements as well as the determination of existing constraints. The current situation can be assessed through a visit on site, an interview with a logistics expert in charge or the analysis of process data. This includes an analysis of the existing workflows that are to be transferred to the new system.
A concept is developed based on the data obtained. The starting point for the concept is a floor plan of the planned installation site. In addition to the use of space, the associated workflows are also looked upon. All components are optimized under economic and ergonomic criteria. Our experiences from numerous projects already realized are taken into account as well as individual wishes and constraints. If several different solutions or variants are viable, these are presented with advantages and disadvantages.
The first draft will be progressively developed together with the end-users and other project stakeholders. Several iterations can be made up to the final plan.
